Author: Doctor Artykbayev Marat Dzhanybekovich — the author of the completed and scientifically sound (since April 22, 2025) proof of the Riemann Hypothesis.
Scientific and Theoretical Content:
In this forced addendum-clarification to the author’s invariant, scientifically valid proof of the Riemann Hypothesis (completed on April 22, 2025), a systemic synthesis of sciences is presented, serving as the highest form of demonstrative validity. Within this framework, the architectural and structural nature of the nontrivial zero is definitively resolved and fixed.
It is established that the nontrivial zero, in conditional theoretical terms, can and must be fixed by the relative real part of a complex number strictly at the point 1/2.
A fundamental interdisciplinary mechanism is substantiated: the imaginary part of a complex number acts as an essential compensator and stabilizer of the real part. This apparatus physically, chemically, biologically, and system-logically explains the retention of stability of any complex system and its subsystems under conditions where the numerically determined power of the relatively fixed real part of a complex number is subject to dynamic instability (taking into account the impossibility of linear comparison of complex numbers on the "greater/lesser" principle).
Scientific-Legal and Procedural Status:
The scientifically sound proof of the Riemann Hypothesis was fully completed, fixed, and endowed with an official scientific-legal status on April 22, 2025. The author possesses a full complex of internationally recognized rights secured by publications in open repositories and specialized electronic journals, protected by end-to-end integrity protocols.
Law Enforcement and Administrative Aspect:
The annotated material contains a precise statement of facts and an objective documentary evaluation of the destructive actions of an organized criminal group of decision-makers in the scientific and sci-adjacent environments (OCG DM). The criminal actions of unidentified persons against the rights and freedoms of not only the author but of all humanity, including the global academic community, aim under various contrived pretexts to obstruct the lawful registration of the discovery in order to maintain management and control over the proof's narrative, which is directly linked to the distribution of significant financial and reputational flows that determine the development of society.
The strictly argued proposal submitted by the author proceeds from the current scientific-legal and ethical norms, including timeframes: either voluntary resignation; or the removal of the responsible DMs by higher authorities, or the official forced launch of law enforcement, judicial, and medical subsystems of the general management system with full public disclosure of the documents and their transfer to the law enforcement agencies of the respective jurisdictions, including at the place of residence of the subject against whom the crimes were committed, on October 13, 2026.
